Set in 1950s. Marking the 50^th anniversary of the Phillips Hall opening and the 100^th anniversary of the School of Arts. Story – the establishment of the Rhodo Festival and the role of the queens in raising money for the hall, narrated by Dame Bates and Dame Phillips.
