Festival Day Market

Stall holders are invited to apply for a spot at the Festival Day Market.
PLEASE NOTE that we have changed a couple of things since last year:
1. All Festival Day activities, including the market stalls, will be operating from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, so stall set-up is from 8:00 – 10:00 am and pack-up from 5:00 – 6:30 pm.
2. There are four categories of stall locations:
– Food stalls on the lawn in front of the stage ($120 for 3 x 3m single, $180 3 x 6m double).
– General merchandise stalls on the path ($80 3m x 3m single, $160.00 3 x 6m double)
– General merchandise stalls not on the path ($60.00 3 x 3m single, $120.00 3 x 6m double)
– Registered Charity stall ($50.00 3 x 3m single, $100 3 x 6m double)
There are a limited number of sites on the path available, so they will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.
As always, no stall can be confirmed until we have received:
– Completed application form.
– Current PPL insurance certificate.
– Correct payment.
– Food handling certificate (food stalls only).
