The story…

Set in a hairdresser’s, a barber’s and at the pool. An Evil Council bureaucrat tries to screw Blackheath, using the Rhododendron Princess as his cat’s paw, but is foiled by a transmogrified frog who lives in the swimming pool (and with whom a love interest develops with the Princess) and 3 ‘Old Ducks’ (local movers & shakers) who organise a quest to find a Ball partner for the Princess. ARSE astronauts looking for jobs on the Rotary rocket get roped in.
